How to Update Firmware on Dremel Idea Builder 3D Printer (3D20)

1. Go to Firmware Page https://digilab.dremel.com/3D-Support
2. Download Firmware Zip file and unzip it.
3. Run dremel_firmware.exe as Admin.
4. Plug printer into computer’s low-powered USB port - the one without the lightning bolt.
5. Click Start Firmware Update
6. Reboot Printer

I saw this error when I clicked ‘Start Firmware Update’

‘connect to printer failure’

I resolved this by plugging the printer into a low-powered USB port, the one without the lightning bolt.
